Review and export reclassification requests submitted by the US client.

Located under: Ad Management menu
This page is used to review reclassification requests sent by the US client. It also includes an Export button that downloads an Excel file of the search results.
How to Use
- Select a date range to view requests submitted within that period.
- Click Search to load results.
- Click on an Ad ID in the first column to open and review the ad.
Uses for the QC Manager
This report is particularly useful for the QC manager to analyze patterns in reclassification requests, including:
- Which product is being reclassified most frequently
- Which classification staff members are generating the most reclassification requests
- Which ads have already been QC'd but are still being flagged for changes by the client
- Which language has the highest volume of requests
- Overall volume of reclassification requests over time
