Review QC error logs, error types, and classification staff performance metrics.
QC Statistics
Located under: Ad Management menu
This page is used by the QC team and classification staff to review all changes logged in the QC Ad Approval and QC US Ad Approval pages. It provides a breakdown of errors by type, total ads processed, and a calculated error percentage per user.
What This Page Reports
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Errors | The total number of errors logged for the user in the selected date range |
| Error Type Breakdown | A breakdown of which error types were corrected (Allocation, Cutting, Spelling, etc.) |
| Total Ads Added | The total number of ads classified by the user in the selected date range |
| Ads QC'd | The number of ads reviewed by QC for that user |
| Percent Error | Calculated as: Total Errors ÷ Ads QC'd |
How to Use
- Select a date range and choose the data set (US or CA).
- Optionally filter by a specific user using the Name field.
- Click Search to load results.
- To view the specific errors logged, click the number in the Total Errors column.
Additional Filters
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Specialty QC | Shows records marked as outside standard QC procedure |
| New Product Existing | Shows records where the classifier assigned NEW PRODUCT but the QC team found the product already existed in the database |
