QC Ad Approval

Located under: Ad Management menu

This page is used by QC staff to review classified Canada advertisements (radio and television). It uses the same filters as the Ad Approval page.

How to Use

1. Select the User you want to QC and set your desired date range, then click Search.
2. Click on a record in the results list to open and review the advertisement.
3. Correct any information that is incorrect.
4. Use the checkboxes below the description box to mark which type of error was corrected:
   • Allocation
   • Cutting
   • Spelling
   • Categorization
   • Theme
   • Campaign
   • Description / Offer
   • New Product Existing
5. Click Save & Next to save your corrections and move to the next record.

Note: Use the Specialty QC checkbox if your QC check is outside of the standard assignment. Specialty QC is typically used for categories the team is struggling with most.
