Use this category when the advertisement promotes betting or wagering specifically on racing events.
Traditional Gambling
Use this category when the advertisement promotes a physical gambling venue or a government-run lottery product.
Decision tip: The key distinction from Online Gambling — Traditional Gambling requires physical participation: visiting a casino, bingo hall, or buying a ticket in person. If it is accessed through an app or website, use Online Gambling.
Online Gambling
Use this category when the advertisement promotes a gambling or betting platform accessed online or through a mobile app.
Decision tip: If the gambling activity can only be done digitally — through a website or app — it belongs in Online Gambling. Physical venues that also have an online presence still use Traditional Gambling for their venue-level advertising.
Governance & Regulations
Use this category when the advertisement is related to gambling oversight, responsible gambling messaging, or industry associations.
